DISC Tests

This DISC Test Online profile is the original DiSC® Classic Profile (formally the Personal Profile System 2800 Series) which has been validated by Inscape Publishing.

The DISC Test is technically not a test. There are no "right" or "wrong" answers." The DISC Test is used to evaluation preferred behavioral styles base on individuals or teams personality and the situation they find themselves in. The D.I.S.C. testing model was developed by William Moulton Marston and assesses variations of four main behavioral types. Within these for segments there are a number of combination of these styles that are used to determine a person's classical behavioral pattern. These are distinct and predictable pattern of observable behavior. DiSC in corporate, business and personal situations "DISC" can lead to evaluate and improve communication and heightened interpersonal understanding. Understanding of  the DISC patterns have provided insight to over 50 millions internationally.
